Rich has been working in the accounting profession for 32 years and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1979. He attended Concordia College and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in accounting. Rich was an officer with the accounting and payroll firm of BGW Tax & Accounting, Ltd. which merged with Foreman & Airhart in June 2009. Rich and his wife Debbie live in White Bear Lake. They have 5 children and 1 grandson and another grandchild on the way.
